Building sustainable marketing efforts starts with a good foundation. Adding more tactics without knowing you’re on solid ground won’t work. That insight often starts with conducting a marketing assessment audit to uncover your marketing strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities. Then, I work with you to assemble (or reassemble) your strategy considering things like marketplace analysis, secondary market research, goal setting, audience segmentation, customer journey mapping, executions aligned with your goals and performance metrics.
