The SheBe Circle
What to Expect
A concentrated peer advisory experience for women building businesses, leading organizations and supporting one another in what comes next.
What happens when experienced women have the opportunity to step away from the day-to-day and think together?
The SheBe Circle brings together a small group of experienced women, primarily entrepreneurs and business owners, along with select organizational and community leaders, to share perspective, work through real challenges and help one another see new possibilities.
Over four gatherings in eight days, we'll combine facilitated conversation, strategic reflection and collaborative problem-solving with the collective experience of the women in the room.

A different kind of advisory experience
The SheBe Circle isn't another workshop or networking group. Think of it as a concentrated support sprint for yourself and for one another.
Each woman comes with something to explore and something to contribute. Because that collective experience is central to the Circle, participants are encouraged to attend all four gatherings.

Is the SheBe Circle for you?
The Circle is designed primarily for experienced women entrepreneurs and business owners, along with women who bring significant organizational, business, civic or leadership experience.
You don't need to have everything figured out. But you do need experience to bring to the Circle.
Come prepared to talk honestly about what you're navigating, share what you've learned, listen thoughtfully and offer perspective as other women work through their own questions.
This isn't a program for developing a business idea. It's for women who are already building and leading, and who want to learn alongside other women doing the same.

The Opening Circle: Naming What We Carry

We'll begin with what's real: what you're building, what you're navigating, what's taking your energy, where you see possibility and what you want from this experience.
Monday, October 19 | 6:30–8:00 PM
Hidden Assets & Underrecognized Value
Zoom
What are you creating that traditional measures don't always capture? We'll explore the relationships, reputation, expertise, ways of working, leadership and other assets that may hold more value than you realize.
Wednesday, October 21 | 6:30–8:00 PM
Designing for Whole Value
Zoom
We'll turn toward what's next—exploring strategic priorities, sustainable growth, capacity, wealth creation and how to build in ways that support both long-term success and quality of life.
Saturday, October 24 | 9:00 AM–Noon
The Closing Circle: Designing What's Next
In person — The Hub Olean
We'll bring the experience together, clarify priorities and commitments, and consider how the relationships and support created within the Circle can continue beyond our time together.

This inaugural SheBe Circle is being offered at a significantly reduced participant investment thanks to grant and partner support.
Please register by September 27th. Because the Circle is intentionally small and designed around the women participating, early registration is encouraged.
