Women’s AI Lab Participation Terms

By registering for the AI Implementation Lab, I understand and agree that:

• Participation: We encourage active participation and the sharing of experiences, ideas and perspectives, recognizing that our collective knowledge benefits each of us and strengthens the experience for everyone.

• Attendance: Participants are asked to attend both live sessions whenever possible, with the understanding that schedules change and unexpected circumstances arise. A courtesy notification is appreciated but not required.

• Confidentiality: We respect the privacy of one another and agree not to share personal, professional, or business information disclosed within the group without permission.

• Respectful Environment: We value diverse experiences and perspectives and are committed to creating a welcoming, supportive environment for learning and collaboration.

• Payment: Registration is a one-time payment with no recurring charges. Fees are nonrefundable unless the program is canceled by the organizers, in which case a full refund will be provided.

• Responsible AI Use: AI-generated information and outputs should be reviewed for accuracy and appropriateness before use. Participants should avoid entering confidential or sensitive information into AI tools without appropriate authorization.

By completing registration, I acknowledge these terms and look forward to contributing to and learning from our collective experience.
